DARBY ESTATES SUCKS!!!

Darby Estates is a new construction condo community located in Bellingham WA. This community seems like it would be a good deal, and a great investment opportunity, however it is NOT!!! This community would be a waste of your money, DO NOT INVEST HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE LOOSING MONEY!!! This is an attempt to help buyers/investors not make the same mistake that I did, which is actually buy one of these shitty units!!! Some of the occupants that live at this community are in serious violation of Healthy Living Standards, they use their homes as storage facilities for their trash!!! REAKING UP THE HALLS OF RANCID, DECOMPOSING, MOLDY Material... Thefts are high at this community as well, so far in the last week of this post, their has been 5 incidents of theft occuring in this community. Home security here is questionable, You have residents that actually dig through the community trash, whose to say they are not taking your credit card statments and trying to steal your ID! And the best thing about it all.... is the staff/ developer/ police/ cant do anything to reinforce anything!!! Save your self the hassle and buy somewhere else.
