To avoid having problems with cookies, I'd suggest we all have the responsibility of deleting cookies after every usage of the internet.
1. Please right-click the Internet Explorer shortcut.
2. Click on Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
3. Then, click on View Files.
4. Finally, select all and delete all.
