Just a few points to consider before we read my work. I base much of my writing on the premise that there are inherent problems with the current system of land use, environmental policy and people are given too many civil liberties to make these decisions alone. Here is an example of such civil liberties: ![]() This is called sprawl. Over 50% of Americans are from places like this. Not only are they bad for the environment, but they are counter productive to the advancement of society. These are social inhibitors: eg. Would you like your garage to be the first thing people see? What about a front porch, well in modern America, this simple feature has been left out.. It does have great effects.
