Hey everyone. Well, as you can tell I have got this website now. Im hoping to host it on my own domain name soon, but that will be a while. I was so sick of MSN SPACES. You cant do what you wanted there (huge lack of layout facilities) though it was easy to use and people actually saw it. Unlike this page most likely.

Anyway....A bit about myself. I'm Cass..a 29 year old woman from Melbourne, Victoria. I have a daughter named Erica and a wonderful partner named James. My family is huge but you can read all about them here on this page.

I have poly cystic ovarian sydrome. I am grossly overweight, unfit and unhealthy and badly need to get healthy, not just for my sake but for the sake of the ones who love me. I tried the CSIRO diet a while back but didnt stick to it of course....But now is the time! Well, actually it was the time back then too...With an expanding waistline, a rising cholesterol count and $125.00 worth of medication later I think I'm finally ready.

So this website isnt just all about me and my struggle with health and weightloss. It's about the things I love, the people I love, what I hate and what erks me...and yknow whatevers going on in my day to day life.....So I hope you like it and come back often, not that I expect this site to be overwhelmed with interested visitors mind you but please do pass it on...you never know I might inspire someone you love to lose weight and get healthy...Take care & get excited about life!!!
