Witness Account

Mary Corwin, sister of Beverly Brabham, attended the hearing in August 1999. A motion was made by Beverly's attorneys to reconsider the illegal sentencing on a non-existent probation, and to show that Beverly Brabham was not under the jurisdiction of Bullock County Circuit Court in April 1999.

Judge Burt Smithart's order after the August 1999 hearing. Some of the enumerated items are not true, and there is no documentation to substantiate them. On the second page, Judge Gaither's testimony was blatantly lied about by Judge Smithart.
