not sure Topic: Exercise of the day
I haven't walked since Saturday, and it's now Tuesday. My plan was to walk a pretty long walk during lunch. I think it's 4.3 miles. I mapped it out on mapmyrun.com. I'm not sure if I'm actually going to do that one since I skipped a couple of days. I may just do a 3 mile that I'm already used to walking. I will update this once I complete it.
