1) Q: After payment is received and processed, How long does shipping usually take?
     A: Shipping is done by USPS Ground, and takes approximately 3-5 days (note: we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays)

2) Q: I see that your site doesn't have shopping cart technology yet, So how do I place an order?
     A: You may place an order, by Phone, Email, or Mailing order.

3) Q: What payment methods do you offer ?
     A: We currently accept : Money Orders, Credit & Debit cards, Paypal, and of course Checks. (Note : for us to accept Credit & Debit cards,
           you must have Internet access and a valid paypal account. go to Paypal to get one for free. Also please allow 7-10 days for checks to clear)

4) Q: Does your business issue refunds ?
     A: Our company does not issue money refunds .

5) Q: My item was damaged upon arrival / upon inspection? What can I do ?
     A: If your item(s) were damage during shipping ,please call us within 24 hours and report the matter to us (Note : This is only for damage during
          shipping , not for damage due to misuse, or improper handling)
