Wilmar Construction has been in business for 28 years and has built over 100 homes in many towns in the Greater Hartford area, including South Windsor, East Windsor, Ellington, Glastonbury, Tolland, Bolton, West Hartford, Bloomfield, Rocky Hill, and Newington. We will build on your lot or on one of ours. We are a small building company, producing four to six homes per year, which allows for individualized attention and careful supervision. All our homes are custom designed. We have hundreds of plans for you to look at. You may simply choose one if you wish, but no one ever does. Most people find a few plans they really like but want elements of each combined to fit their own particular lifestyle. As a result, Wilmar Construction has never built two homes that are exactly alike.
