- 30 min - Take infeild outfield
as a group
- 20 min - time players in
the sixty yard dash
- 10 min - tazmania
( pair up and do fielding activity)
- 5 min - take question
and review the day

|
- 5 min warm-up (jogging 2 laps around field)
- 10 min stretching (upper and lower body)
- 10 min - Pair up to throw to get your arms loose ( Start
with a short distance and increase to streach out arms)
- 15 min - Teach the fundamentals of hitting starting from
the ground up
- 45 min - Hitting in cages, tee work, & soft toss
- 5 min - Water break
- 25 min - break into two groups ( Group 1: bunting,
Group 2: work no hand eye cordnation)
- 5 min - take question and review the day

Wednesday
|
- 5 min warm-up (jogging 2 laps around field)
- 10 min stretching (upper and lower body)
- 10 min - Pair up to throw to get your arms loose ( Start
with a short distance and increase to streach out arms)
- 30 min - Feilding as a group ( play 21 out while giving all
players equal playing time)
- 5 min - Water break
- 50 min - Hitting on the feild ( Give each player a chance
to hit coach pitch on the feild
- 5 min - take question and review the day

|
- 5 min warm-up (jogging 2 laps around field)
- 10 min stretching (upper and lower body)
- 10 min - Pair up to throw to get your arms loose ( Start
with a short distance and increase to streach out arms)
- 20 min - defensive group work ( Get players ready for
situations)
- 5 min - Water break
- 65 min - Situation work ( bunt defence, 1st and 3rd, run
downs, and relays)
- 5 min - take question and review the day

|

- 10 min - Pair up to throw to get your arms loose ( Start

- 90 min - Play game ( Split players into 2 teams and play
