Appetizers Brusetta (Prep time approximately 5-10 minutes) Oven Temp: Broil Ingredients: Non-Stick Cooking Spray 1 jar of VI’s Amogue Pre-sliced Italian Bread 1 bag Mozzarella Cheese and/or Parmesan Cheese 1. Spray a cookie sheet then fill the cookie sheet with sliced Italian bread. 2. Open you jar of VI’s Amogue and scoop out your desired amount on each piece of Italian bread. 3. Sprinkle your desired amount of either cheese listed above onto the bread and broil for less than one minute. Quick Dinner Ideas Steak Sicliano (the original way) (Prep time approximately 10-15 minutes) Grill at medium heat until desired tenderness Ingredients: Vegetable oil (fat free way use cooking spray) Italian bread crumbs Your choice of thin or thick steak 1 Jar of VI’s Amogue 1. Dip or spray your steak then dip the steak into Italian bread crumbs, repeat on other side of steak. 2. Grill your steak until desired tenderness is achieved. 3. Baste VI’s Amogue onto the steak and grill for another 5 minutes. 4. Eat and enjoy our family recipe. *You can also substitute steak with chicken, fish of your choice, veal, or pork chops.* Side Dishes • Warm up VI’s Amogue and pour over cooked rice. • Top over a baked potato the last few minutes of cooking. • Dip bread in VI’s Amogue (our personal favorite is garlic bread). • Cook on Italian sausage or pour VI’s Amogue over the sausage warm and make an Italian Sausage Sandwich.
