Step 1: You must have a computer, any that supports WIN 95 is ok. You can found a cheap one from a friend or at any "computer recycling store" for a cheap price.
Step 2: You must have acess to internet, there are a lot of free ISP (internet service provider).
Step 3: You need to learn the basics of HTML programming. HTML is the language that the web pages are made of.
Step 4: It would be good for you to have a HTML editor tool to build your web site. I personnaly reccomend WebExpert5 that you can download a free trail edition at www.visicom.com, But any that you fell confortable with will do just good.
Step 5: Build a web page about what you like the most! No kidding that is fundamental.
Step 6: You have to find a free web hosting service that will provide you with an adress and will publish your page on the internet. I use angelfire at www.angelfire.com
Step 7: You have to draw visitors to your web site you can do this may differnt ways, being listed on search engines, publicity in classified ads, publicity in e-zine and everything that will make your site popular.
Step 8 (optional): You now have all the basics of a web site, you can make a bit of money with it. I use www.7search.com (to see how, click on the link at the bottom of the page), www.amazon.com (click on the book to see how) and Paypal (take a look to the add lower on the page to learn more).
