This whip holder is also a rein holder, it has a great spring type holder to grab onto the reins. When the whip is put in the holder, it presses something inside which exerts pressure on the area where the reins have been placed.Special lugs and pivot bearings are use.
A very good idea so the whip doesn't bounce out when moving and the reins are in place when "parked"
