Welcome to Savannah Belle Properties website. All pictures displayed on this site are for public viewing, and can be copied or sent to other parties. SB Properties is currently a small little business that is managed by Phillipe and Jennifer Asselin. We currently have 4 houses available for sale/rent. Two houses are located in Conway, and will most likely be rented out to college students. One house is located on 18th Ave. South and Havens, North Myrtle Beach, and is in the process of being fixed up to sell. The last house is located on 28th Ave. South and Hillside, and is nearly finished. Any of the houses mentioned above are available for offers.
