We offer three apartments for Dewey Beach summer rentals. Each apartment is completely different with something unique to offer. Whether it is the appeal of the Florida room, master suite, or quaintness of Apartment A, the beautiful ocean view from Apartment B, or the spacious balcony of Apartment C, we're sure you'll have an enjoyable vacation.
As Dewey Beach Summer Rentals go, an apartment is much better than staying in hotels. Here you have all the comforts of home. Don't feel like going out to eat every night? You have a complete kitchen to make dinner in. Plus for a family, eating out can get quite expensive. Now you have the ability to save and still have a great time.
We are within walking distance of everything Dewey Beach offers. Park your car and never move it if you'd like. DINING of all types is just a short walk away as is some of the best NIGHTLIFE on the East Coast. The famous RUSTY RUDDER is one block away. We are close to Rehobeth and tax free outlet shopping.
Apartment A is our largest of the three units. This first floor apartment is spacious and is handicapped accessible. This apartment has a spacious living room with a real wood burning fireplace. The quaint cottage feel abounds here from the Wormy Chestnut paneling to the hardwood flooring.
The spacious kitchen has been completely updated with new appliances and cabinets and a separate dining area. There is also a large pantry and built in vintage cupboard.
There are three bedrooms with the master bedroom having a queen size bed and it's own private bathroom. The front bedroom has a bamboo bedroom suit with twin beds. The large rear tropical bedroom has two double beds. This apartment will sleep 8 comfortably not including infants. Enjoy ourFlorida Room which is perfect for relaxing or people watching.
Apartment B has a gorgeous ocean view & from the spacious living room. The living room is very comfortable with a large overstuffed sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, custom made cabinets, and an eat at bar. There are two romantic bedrooms with a double bed in one and a queen in the other, and one bath with a corner shower. Apartment B sleeps 6 comfortably not including infants. We think you will truly have a great vacation experience.
Apartment C has a nautical feel to it. The living room is very comfortable with a large overstuffed queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and custom made cabinets. Everything is furnished including microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There is a dining area, one bath, two bedrooms with a double bed in one and a queen in the other. The spacious balcony is perfect for relaxing or just sitting and enjoyimg the sounds and smell of the ocean air. Apartment C will sleep 6 comfortably not including infants.
Rodney Dunes Pier 12 is conveniently located just steps to the beach. Walk out your door and with just a few steps and over the dune, you are on one of the nicest beaches around.
Lifeguards are on duty everyday during the summer season.

We do NOT rent to GROUPS and reserve the right not to rent to anyone under the age of 25!!
