not genius, gets projects done on time and within budget.
Important to teamwork is communication--thorough, routine communication between you and MMI, and ongoing communication within our own project and administrative teams. We've made communication part of our project management infrastructure; it's built into our day to day operations.
You're in control
Micro Managers Integrators uses a step-by-step approach to system development and enhancement. We ask qestions, consider options, look at the future to help you clearly define what you want and need both short and long term.
Once the objectives and functional specs are set, we develop a structured design from the top down with bottom-up consideration. Hardware components are spelled out at the chip, board and/or systems level. Custom and packaged software is specified as appropriate. All custom software development and interfaces are modularized and specified in plain English pseudocod. Manpower requirements and development equipment needs are specified and scheduled. We complete a project desing/management document which includes set milestones and schedules. You know all the developmental pieces up front. The result is an orderly, managed implementation of the plan.
We select a project team and begin the project notebook which will become both the focal point and the history book of all project activity and communication.
Routine progress reports with Gantt and PERT charts help you follow our progress between milestones. There are no surprises. You remain in control of your project and your budget.
We stay on time, on budget, on target
The best projects are those that are systematically managed. Our project management
infrastructure guarantees we consistently deliver on time, within budget, as promised.
Each project includes administrative participation, project management software, and regular peer evaluation including code reviews and brainstorming sessions. Our General Manager, our Manager of Software Development and/or our Manager of Engineering meet with the project team and team leader regularly. Decisions either include or are directly reported to our President.
This methodology assures that your project will meet administrative and market driven goals along with technical objectives. It also guarantees technical perfectionism will not supercede practical project requirements, and we will not lose focus on overall project goals while implementing specific technical objectives.
