New Product Ideas:
1) introductory "teaser" rates on all products (i.e 3% on Hometown Plus Checking for first 3 months, or 3% on new Savings Account for first 3 months, or free online banking for 3 months with a new Hometown Plus checking account)
2) permanent "better" rate on one product, if customer uses another product (i.e. get 1/2% higher CD rate if you open a Hometown Plus Checking account, or 1/2% off any fixed rate consumer loan if you open Hometown Plus checking account)
3) offer fixed rate "one-time close" residential construction and end loan package
