My kind of woman certainly needs to have good taste, but equally important, she needs to be the kind of woman who tastes good. If you’re a woman who hasn’t been tasted by, or hasn’t been paid attention to by a man for too long a time, you’re not into playing go nowhere e-mail games, and you’re serious about wanting to establish a long-term relationship with an available man, maybe we should talk.
Let me give you a little information about myself. I'm a previously married male, sixty-two years old, and I live by myself in Vancouver, Washington. I have two grown sons, and one grandchild, who live in Portland, Oregon. I'm 5 ft 11 in tall and weigh 215 lbs. I have dark brown hair and brown eyes. I don’t smoke or do drugs, and I drink only occasionally. I lost a leg about three years ago, but get around just fine now with no assistance required from others.
I have lived in California, Hawaii, Ohio, Colorado, Oregon, and now Washington State. I was a member of the United States Air Force. My religious beliefs are almost an equal mixture of Catholic, Protestant, and Jewish doctrine. Politically, I am neither liberal, conservative, nor independent, but tend to vote for and support those politicians I personally believe will do the best job.
My professional background is in Automation Engineering, although I’m concentrating on Technical Writing and Industrial Graphics Design more and more these days. In addition, I program real-time computer animations, compile and sell crossword puzzles to various national and international publications, and I’m presently in the process of writing my second novel.
I’m involved in a myriad of leisure time activities. A few of my favorites are creative writing, music, hobbyist computering, weight and strength training, gourmet cooking, digital photography, watching movies at home, shooting pool with friends, nursing home volunteer work, and my favorite activity of all, just plain talking to people.
Sports wise, I enjoy Auto Racing, Figure Skating, watching the Olympics, and viewing a baseball or basketball game once in a while.
Fortunately, I was raised in a musically oriented family. I play the Violin, 5-String Banjo, Electric Guitar, and Keyboards. Although I embrace almost all types of music, I enjoy playing and listening to Classical, Opera, 70’s Classic Rock, and good old Rock n’ Roll (raised in a Cleveland, Ohio suburb) the most.
As a young child, I spent many Sunday afternoons perusing the Cleveland Museum of Art with my parents. As an adult, I never tire of viewing paintings by Salvador Dali, Maxell Parish, Boris Vallejo, Patrick Nagel, Margaret Keene, Norman Rockwell, and LeRoy Neiman, or pleasing my eye and mind with the realistic and lifelike looking sculptures by Agustee Rodin.
