
Health is important to us all. Health should be our number ONE priority. Many of us are too money oriented these days. Many of us sacrifice our health for money. Many work under stress daily to survive for the next month. Our pace of living is such these days where health is neglected by choice. Which means we simply decide not to take care of our health, not willing to pay for health foods & supplements (how did this same group of people ever afford their daily boxes of cigarettes, boozes, junk foods, etc.?). Our priorities have simply gone from health at the top to health at the bottom, often not looked at. That is the reason why the lifespan of human beings have dropped from 80 to 60 years (it’s increasing again going back to 80, as people are starting to take care of their health, again).
A research done in America quotes that most people pay more for medication & treatment prolong the last few days of their lives than during the course their entire life. This means that a lot of people have an unhealthy attitude towards health. They do not take action until it’s too late.
Here is a simple health care guide to follow. Always remember that when it comes to health, “PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.”
Your body should be taken care of better than your car. Your body is like your car in many ways.
-You use it all the time.
-When not in use, it deteriorates.
- Needs cleansing after a certain time.
- Needs fuel & water to work.
- Needs repairing every now & then.
- Needs regular maintenance.
I can guarantee you that most of you take better care of your car than of your body (many of you don’t take care of your body at all).
Our health deteriorates daily because of our unhealthy lifestyles. I am not pointing fingers just at smoking, drinking, bar hoping, drugs, unhealthy sexual relationships with ….., etc. but at the polluted environment (air, water, you get it), pesticides in food, processed food, chemicals, prescription drugs, stress at work (at home), even exercising (bet you didn’t know about this), fat or obesity, viral attack, auto immune disorder, etc.
Bacteria & viruses are one thing. Free radicals is the other (let me touch a little on this subject). Smoking, drinking, stress, all stated above causes a build up of free radicals in our body system (exercising too because we exert our body a little bit further).
Our cells need oxygen & electrons. When there is a shortage of electrons, the cells will search for new electrons & will recruit them from food, external environment (there is where pollution, smoking, etc. comes in), etc. These free radicals causes a lot of health problems including cancer, nervous system disorder, hormone related problems, etc.
Number 1- CLEANSING
Your body needs to be assisted with cleansing at least twice a year.
Colon
Some people past motion three times daily, some twice a week (really bad). No matter how many times you do a day or a week you are not cleansing enough. This is because of the dirt (leftovers) that is stuck at the wall of the colon (difficult to remove no matter how much fiber you eat). That is why when some people go for “colon cleansing” they are surprise to see a few kilograms of their waste being taken out. Scary!!
Cleansing will prevent colon cancer & a lot of other cancer cells from developing. Skin problems may even subside (depending on the condition or reason). Will also allow better absorption of vitamins, minerals & nutrients.
Liver
The liver is a very important organ. It is also the hardest working organ. It acts as one of the filters in our body.
- Performs about 500 different functions.
- Assimilates everything that goes into the body (toxics & non-toxics).
- Recognizes & eliminates harmful substances.
- Filters & detoxifies the blood.
Cleansing will prevent against many disease including hepatitis, skin problems, insomnia, migraine, allergies to seafood, weight problems, etc.
Kidney
The kidneys main function is to excrete waste (liquid) from our body. If it is not taken care of & waste is not excreted efficiently, you will be having a lot of major health problems.
Cleansing will prevent urinary track infection, kidney problems, & a lot of other diseases. Do not lose your kidney as spares are hard to come by.
Number 2- BUILDING & REPAIRING
When we know that we’re suffering from a certain ailment, we must take care & help our body repair itself. Diet, Nutrition, Rest, Exercise, etc are all very important. The best time to build & repair is after cleansing. Only after cleansing can your body absorb the nutrients, minerals & vitamins efficiently. If possible stay of drugs or chemical medication as it will have a bad impact on many vital organs in your body especially your liver & kidney.
Take natural products that will assist your body in repairing & not directly giving your body what chemicals it needs is the correct way of building. Giving it direct chemicals will make the organ lazy & it will stop producing whatever hormones, etc. HRT is a good example. The American Health ministry has halted all tests on HRT due to the high death rates (HRT related).

Number 3- MAINTENANCE
Take good Nutrition & Supplements daily to protect against diseases. No matter how much vegetables, fruits & meat you eat, you’re not getting enough of the vitamins & mineral. Try eating 20 – 30 oranges a day & you’ll know what I mean (vitamin C from one source alone is not good. I will go into that topic some other time). Keep your immune system up.
Do these:
- Take enough Supplements, Vitamins (antioxidants) & Minerals
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep per day
- Exercise at least 3 times a week (don’t go over board on cardio)
- Get 8 – 10 glasses of water daily
- Eat at least 30 grams of fiber, 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight & 2 grams of carbohydrate per pound of body weight per day. (See body composition management). It’s difficult to calculate what you eat, to know an easier way just send me an email.
