I feel so many things,
but I can not make a sound.
I am screaming it inside,
knowing that no one can hear me.

So many thoughts,
we keep to ourselves.
One that we need to share,
but fear doing so.

We are silenced by a darkness,
held back by our own fears.
Only courage can awaken us,
courage known only to few.

We could move mountains,
if only we had the chance.
If only we could express what we truly feel,
in a world full of emotions.
