Mirror, mirror on the wall,
What do I see,
When I gaze into thee?
I see not only myself, but also much more.
I see legendary people inside me, whose prominence did soar.
I see images of brave warriors, who fought for their nation.
I even see wonderful teachers, who were dedicated to education.
Patriots are in my heart and soul,
who stood up for their rights.
They knew the wishes of the people and fought all day and night.
Last but not least, I see God, my protector and guide,
He has watched over me forever, through every step and stride.
As I see these people stare back at me,
I wonder, “Could this really be?”
I hope that the future of me may unfold,
To end up like these legends I behold.
