Response Exercises

OMNICON Research & Information Systems has developed and coordinated numerous emergency response
exercises, drills, and other preparedness tests.

The consultant services we provide include: Design and development of exercise scenarios; Coordination of
exercise participants; Notification and interaction with affected communities; Media relations; On-site exercise
supervision, facilitation, and evaluation; Conducting post-exercise debriefing.

Costs for response exercise services vary depending upon the scope and complexity of the exercise.

A one-day exercise usually involves about 3 months of planning and preparation, and typically costs in the range of
$ 6,000 - $ 15,000 (plus travel costs, per diem, and expenses - cited costs do NOT include participant costs).

Multi-day, multi-incident, multi-location and other complex scenarios average in the $ 15,000 - $ 30,000 range
(again, plus travel costs, per diem, and expenses - and cited costs again do NOT include participant costs).
