OMNICON Research & Information Systems (originally OMNIS Research Consultants) was founded in
1983, in Middletown, Connecticut, by Frederick W. Scalise (more info). The firm was created as a formalization of seven years of independent consulting practice by Dr. Scalise.
The company currently provides research and consulting in policy, program, and systems management.
Services include review, analysis, and evaluation of existing policies, programs, and systems, as well as assistance in developing and implementing new ones.
