Acknowledgments: $10.00 Lenders, title companies and escrow companies: $75.00 Base fee for a single set of documents Second set of Loan Documents: $50.00 Make Copies for Borrower $25.00 Extensive faxing $25.00 Email Documents $35.00 A fee for over a 25 mile trip: $.50 a mile Full fee and other charges if borrower does not show or refuses to sign. Full fee & applicable extra mileage for each multiple borrower requiring a separate signing appointment ½ fee for cancellations of less then 2 hours notice
