The glycerin base is recommended by many dermatologists because it is kind to your skin. Soap styles include clear, crème, and embedded. Clear soaps are often jewel-colored soaps, but they are clear, see-through soaps. Crème soaps are opaque in appearance and may be white, off-white or pastel colors. Embedded soaps are usually crème soaps with clear soap shapes embedded in them. They are more decorative and more time-consuming to produce. No matter what soap style you choose, be assured that each bar is lovingly made by hand from fine, high grade ingredients, here in the Heart of the Columbia River Gorge.
