The client receives (5 + N*N/1000)(euro) for each valid claim. Minimum 10(euro). examples: For a matrix problem N = 1000 : The problem solution cost = 1000*1000/1000(euro) = 1000(euro). The claim cost = 5(euro) and if the claim is valid the client receives (5 + 1000*1000/1000)(euro) = 1005(euro). For a set problem with 3 matrixs N1 = 10, N2 = 20, N3 = 40 : The problem solution cost = (10*10/1000 + 20*20/1000 + 40*40/1000)(euro) (minimum 5(euro)) = 5(euro). The claim cost = 5(euro) and if the claim is valid for problem with dimension N1, the client receives (5 + 10*10/1000)(euro) (minimum 10(euro)) = 10(euro).
