Linda Minty uses Suzuki and Royal Conservatory teaching methods.

Linda Minty's violin and cello students receive the best of the Suzuki String Method combined with the added disciplines of a traditional Royal Conservatory approach. Her enthusiasm and creative ability to use games and special projects make her classes a pleasure for all her students.

String students start with a "Twinkle" foundation and progress through the Suzuki repertoire. As they play carefully selected short pieces they learn a solid technical foundation and highly developed listening and memory skills.

Linda also teaches Royal Conservatory of Music History; Grades 3, 4 and 5.

Many of her students have excelled at Festivals and Royal Conservatory of Music examinations (Toronto) and several have achieved "Honours" standings upon completion of their examinations.
