I James Cioffi and I have developed the Primary Service for James Cioffi Consulting Agency for the (3) last three years.” This service is “Researching the Global Market and providing information in order for a businesses to compete with this market”. There is no marketing involved I am already familiar with the Business Population that is in need of this service and they are already using this service successfully for as long as I have developed and put it in motion. Details of Primary Service: I would follow the Global Market and collect information by researching the Internet and analyzing the news media reports. I would then offer it to my client’s though a number communication methods (e-mail, fax, phone, person to person, newsletters and other written formats). I James Cioffi have a Secondary Service; “ this service is “to collect information and inform people of their options when necessary while they participate in the local community when perspective clients (e.g. Business Owners, Doctors, Hospitals, Clinic’s etc) solicit me to do so.” I have developed this secondary service for James Cioffi Consulting Agency for the last (13) thirteen years. Details of Secondary Service The secondary service details consist of assisting my Business Clients who have concern for an individual who may not be complying with the necessary responsibilities of functioning as a first class citizen. The individual will have problems with his normal living skills, not able to hold a job and his reputation would make him social ill in the community. I would assist this person in maintaining what ever-positive status he or she hold in the community and collect as much information about himself and why the community sees this person as socially ill and not able to function then befriend him or her and follow through until his/ her needs are met and he or she connects with the appropriate resources (doctor, clinic, support groups, social activities and employment) in order for the individual to lead life to the fullest potential. Once the individual regains a positive relationship with the community and is able to function independently my job is then completed.
