The
Palaces and Kings Tour: We start out in New Delhi, visiting
the Red Fort and old Delhi, with an introduction to modern and ancient
India juxtaposed into sometimes bewildering and overwhelming contrasts.
We then visit the Taj Mahal, one of the most beautiful monuments
in the world, still stunning however many times you visit it.

We
visit colorful Jaipur, staying in a maharaja's palace and visiting
Amer fort on elephant back. We move on to Ranthambore, where we hunt
for tigers in open jeeps. We stay in old fabulous hotels across the
state of Rajasthan including the Udaipur Lake palace at Udaipur (above).
