The Halliwell Manor seems to have a power of its own. It protects the Charmed Ones and innocents who go into it. When a demon attacks and destroys things inside, it may rebuilt itself and go back to normal (In episode:There's a Woogy Man in the House? season 1, things in the manor rebuilt itself). All the witches in the family has lived in the Manor because it has been for generations.

A spiritual nexus is a point of incredible energy.Equal distance from the five spiritual elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Metal.The Halliwell Manor can pursuade either way. it could be a source of undeniable good or undeniable evil. The Halliwell Manor is built in the center of a pentagram. Looks like it’s not in a spiritual nexus, but a wiccan one as well. Which means it’s a battle ground for good and evil.And what happens when evil gets the house? It spreads.
