The Witch Trial 2.01
Abraxas steals the Book of Shadows and begins to undo the spells, releasing old vanquished foes of the Charmed Ones. When Phoebe realizes if Abraxas undoes the spell that granted them their powers, they will no longer be witches, Prue thinks it might be for the best because she blames herself and her powers for Andy's death. Still out of work, Piper tries to secure a loan to buy a nightclub.

Morality Bites 2.02
When Phoebe has a vision of herself being burnt to death, the sisters travel ten years into the future to learn what happened. Once there they discover Phoebe used her powers to kill someone, which caused a local DA to begin modern day witch trials as a platform for political office. As Prue and Piper try to save Phoebe, they both are surprised and somewhat disappointed to learn how their lives turn out.

The Painted World 2.03
While appraising a painting, Prue discovers a man trapped inside asking for help. Believing he's an innocent she's suppose to help, Prue attempts to set him free but instead becomes trapped inside the painting's world herself. Meanwhile, Phoebe casts a spell to increase her intelligence in order get a job and Piper asks Dan for help to bring her club up to code.

The Devils Music 2.04
Piper's club suffers from sluggish business, causing Prue and Phoebe to seek a private loan from a local businessman. Leo solves the club's financial problems by suggesting that Dishwalla's manager have the band play at Piper club. Leo, however is operating on orders, so that sisters can put an end to the manager's pack with a demon that is consuming female fans of the band and feeding off their tormented souls in exchange for fame and fortune.

She's A Man, Baby, A Man 2.05
As a heat wave descends on San Francisco, Phoebe begins to have exotic dreams that end in her killing her lovers. After Morris asks Prue for help solving the killing of four men, Phoebe fears she may be a Succubus. Prue suggests that she cast the spell to attract and destroy the Succubus by fire and have Piper's power ready to stop time in case Phoebe is correct. Fortunately for Phoebe she was mistaken, but unfortunately for Prue the spell turns her into a man.

That Old Black Magic 2.06
Tuatha, a witch that kills good witches, is accidentally set free after being entombed in a cave for two hundred years. The Halliwells learn from Leo that only the Chosen One, a teenage boy named Kyle, has the ability to destroy Tuatha by using her magic wand against her. Prue has a run in with the head of an internet auction site that is interested in purchasing the wand, while Piper has to decide between continuing to see Leo or a new relationship with Dan.

They Are Everywhere 2.07
Phoebe has a vision of a young man, Eric, being pursued by a pair of warlocks that collect information by draining knowledge from their victim's brain. The Halliwells soon learn the warlocks are trying to acquire the location of the Akashic Records, which are believed to be contain a complete written account of history - even the future. Meanwhile, Piper and Prue believe the new men in their lives may be warlocks and cast a spell to try to learn the truth.

P3 H20 2.08
While visiting the camp where her mother died, Prue witnesses a man drowning at the hands of something lurking beneath the surface of the lake and encounters a man telling her to leave not to return. After telling her sisters about the deadly event, the sisters head to the camp to learn that the man, Sam, was their mother's white lighter, who has been living near the lake for the past twenty years to prevent history from repeating itself, fearing Prue would return and die while fighting the water demon in the lake like her mother did. Meanwhile, Piper discovers love letters written by her mother to Sam and is forced to reevaluate her relationship with Leo, while Dan continues to court her.

Ms. Hellfire 2.09
After Prue kills a hit woman that attacks the sisters, the Halliwells learn that they were one of the targets this assassin was hired to murder. The sisters enlist the help of Inspector Morris to help cover up the hit woman's death, while they try to discover who hired the assassin. After telling Inspector Morris the family secret, Phoebe joins him to track down the last person on the assassins' hit list, while Prue and Piper head to the hit woman's apartment to look for clues. While there, Prue is mistaken for the assassin, Ms. Hellfire, and decides to assume the hit woman's identity to discover who is really behind the murders.

Heartbreak City 2.10
Drazi, a demon of hate, steals Cupid's ring in order to destory Cupid by undoing his recent love matches. Cupid seeks out the Charmed Ones to help banish Drazi, but Prue and Piper's relationships fall victim to Drazi's hate. Meanwhile Phoebe learns from Cupid why she's been unlucky in love.

Reckless Abandon 2.11
Phoebe brings home an abandoned baby after she has a vision and witnesses a ghost that was trying to kill the baby. As the sisters try to find the baby's parents, they discover even with witchcraft it isn't easy to care for a child. They soon learn that the spirit is killing all the male members of a rich family as revenge for his own murder at the hands of the woman he loved.

Awakened 2.12
When Piper comes down with a life threatening illness, Prue and Phoebe ignore the rule of not using their magic for personal gain and cast a spell to cure Piper. As a result, the sisters unknowning spread the deadly disease to others and must undo the spell that saved Piper to set things right even if it kills Piper. Meanwhile each sister's life changes as Phoebe begins college, Prue quits her job and Piper learns that Leo has come back to fight for her love.

Animal Pragmatism 2.13
A trio of girls looking for men on Valentine's Day turn to magic for a solution by transforming three animals into men with some indirect help from Phoebe. As the former animals decide that they want to remain human, the turn on the girls and seek Phoebe work the needed magic to prevent them from returning to their animal selfs. Piper's relationship with Dan is strained when she decides to give Leo a Valentine's card and Prue attempts to do nothing with her day now that she's out of work.

Pardon My Past 2.14
One of Phoebe's past lives comes back to haunt her as she learns that in the 1920s her past self was seduced by a warlock named Anton in attempt to steal her cousins' powers. Phoebe soon discovers that the untimely death in her past life will led to her death in the present unless she can prevent it. Piper discovers that in her past life Leo was a former lover and Dan was her husband.

Give Me A Sign 2.15
A demon known as Litvack orders his henchmen to kill Bane Jessup, who Prue helped to put behind bars when Bane tried to have Prue and her sisters killed. Bane manages to escape and kidnaps Prue hoping her powers will help protect him. Prue refuses to help at first, but later gives in to her growing attraction for Bane. Meanwhile, seeing Piper difficulty in choosing between Leo and Dan, Phoebe works a little magic to help Piper find her true love.

Murphy's Luck 2.16
On Prue's first assignment she's asked to photograph Maggie Murphy, the unluckiest woman in San Francisco. Prue saves Maggie from attempting suicide and casts a spell to remove Maggie's bad luck. Unknown to Prue at the time, Maggie's bad luck was caused by a dark lighter that wanted her dead and now seeks to eliminate Prue to remove the spell protecting Maggie from his powers. Leo learns Piper's true feelings for him, but isn't pleased when she wants to wait to tell Dan in person.

How To Make A Quilt Out Of Americans 2.17
The Halliwells' aunt asks the sisters for help when a number of corpses turn up in her town. But it turns out Aunt Gail is only interested in stealing the powers of the Charmed Ones in order to gain back her youth from the demon Cryto. When the sisters discover their powers have been taken from them, Piper sees this as a way to regain a normal life without witchcraft and hesitates to retrieve her lost powers.

Chick Flick 2.18
Phoebe's infatuation with a fictitious character in a horror movie leads the sisters to cross paths with the Demon of Illusion. The demon bent on causing chaos through horror flicks soon discovers, after Phoebe's initial attempt to banish him, that he can move characters from films into the real world. The sisters soon find themselves facing real life versions of an axe murderer and knife wielding maniac from horror films, that their powers have no effect on. Piper first normal date with Leo has her bumping into Dan on a date of his own. Prue finds a chance to work with a photography role model isn't what she thought it would be.

Ex Libris 2.19
Phoebe encounters the ghost of fellow student Charleen who was the victim of a demon that kills individuals that can prove the existence of demons. As Phoebe tries to help Charleen seek justice for her untimely death, Prue helps a father bring his daughter's killer to justice. Dan unearths parts of Leo's past and informs Piper that Leo was married.

Astral Monkey 2.20
While Piper's former doctor is experimenting with the blood of the Charmed Ones on monkeys he is accidently injected with some of the sisters' blood. He soon discovers that he now has the powers of Prue, Piper and Phoebe and decides to use them to remove a kidney from a criminal to save his sisters' life. The sisters soon discover because the doctor is a mortal, their powers are slowly driving the doctor insane, causing him to kill others for their organs to save needy patients in hospitals. As Piper blames herself for the doctor's unfortunate condition, Prue finds herself mobbed by the tabloid press when she is linked romantically to a well known actor.

Apocalypse, Not 2.21
The sisters believe that a demonic influence may be the reason why the people of San Francisco are becoming more violent toward each other. As they cast spell to vanquish the suspected trouble maker and his friends, who unknown to them happen to be the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, their magic interfere with a spell of the Horsemen which causes Prue and one of the Horsemen to be banished to another plane of existence. Phoebe and Piper learn the only way to save Prue may be to work with the mysterious evil trio, who are plotting to bring about the end of the world.

Be Careful What You Witch For 2.22
The Infernal Council plots against the Charmed Ones by sending a Genie to grant their wishes. The sisters unaware the Genie is plotting against them, in order to gain his freedom, accidently make wishes that turn Prue into a teenager, allows Phoebe to fly and causes Dan to age. As the sisters try to find a way to undo the wishes, their weaken state makes them an easy target for the Dragon Warlock, who seeks to kill sisters.
