Phoebe Halliwell returns to San Francisco after losing her job to live with her older sisters, Prue and Piper. During their first night together in their grandmother's house, Phoebe finds a book of witch craft and recites an incantation that leaves the sisters three with powers they were destined to have. As they begin discovering their new abilities, a warlock that has been killing local witches, targets the sisters.

I've Got You Under My Skin 1.02
Trudeau and Morris investigate the abduction of young women. Meanwhile, Prue regrets sleeping with Andy on their first date and later interviews for a new job. Phoebe catches the eye of a photographer who is interested in doing more than just taking pictures to capture her beauty. Piper faces a personal crisis when she fears her powers may have come from an evil source.

Thank You For Not Morphing 1.03
The sisters' father drops in for a surprise visit after a twenty year absence. When their house is broken into with the Book of Shadows the target, Prue believes her father is responsible, but it turns out the new neighbors are instead looking to gain the powers the book has to offer.

Dead Man Dating 1.04
When a young man is killed in cold blood and rises as a ghost, he seeks Piper's help to get his body buried properly before his soul is claimed by a Chinese demigod and cast into hell. With Prue's birthday coming up, Phoebe takes a job as a hotel bar psychic to buy Prue a gift and saves a man's life. Prue learns that Andy was once married and isn't thrilled about it.

Dream Sorcerer 1.05
A sleep researcher enters the dreams of women with murderous intentions and targets Prue as his next victim. Phoebe and Piper cast a spell to find the love their missing in their lives, but things don't turn out the way they thought.

The Wedding From Hell 1.06
A wealthy woman plans a wedding for her son, but a demon appears to take the place of the bride. Piper is left to cater the wedding after her former boss left for France and enlists Phoebe's help. Phoebe believes that Piper may be pregnant with Jeremy's child. A priest is murdered before the wedding after trying to kill the demon bride, and Andy seeks Prue help in identifying a weapon at the crime scene. When the sisters learn the truth about the demon bride, they decide to help the old bride get her future husband back.

The Fourth Sister 1.07
Aviva, a young girl is used by an evil sorceress that wants to steal the sisters' powers. Piper and Phoebe compete for the attention of Leo, their handyman. Andy gets fed up with Prue after she cancels numerous romantic encounters and doesn't offer any explanation why.

The Truth Is Out There...And It Hurts 1.08
Phoebe has a vision that a warlock from the future will kill a young woman and attempts to prevent it. Prue casts a truth spell to find out how Andy would feel if he knew she was a witch but the spell effects Piper and Phoebe also. Piper learns how Leo feels about her and why her boss is over working her.

The Witch Is Back 1.09
In the 17th century the sisters' ancestor Melinda Warren, curses a warlock to spend an eternity in a locket after stealing her powers and betraying her love. Three hundred years later Prue accidentally frees the warlock who determined to destroy the sisters and take their powers. The Halliwell's unsure what to do summon Melinda to imprison him again.

Wicca Envy 1.10
Prue is framed by her boss, Rex, for stealing from the auction house and murdering to cover up the theft. When Piper and Phoebe figure out Rex is a warlock, they break Prue out of jail to help defeat him. Their plans are quickly ruined when Rex is there to photograph their crime and to blackmail them into giving up their powers for Prue's freedom. The girls then are faced with the decision of whether to give up their powers or not.

Feats Of Clay 1.11
Phoebe's ex-boyfriend comes to town looking to sell an urn he and his friends have stolen. When Prue is asked to sell the urn at the auction house, she discovers the urn is not only stolen but also cursed. Meanwhile Prue has one day to put together a successful auction to prevent the auction house from being closed down by the bank. Piper uses her powers to play matchmaker for clumsy waiter and the woman he wants to marry.

The Wendigo 1.12
Piper is attacked by a werewolf-like creature called a Wendigo that feeds on human hearts during the full moon and infects Piper. Prue and Phoebe try to hunt down the Wendigo and kill it so the infection doesn't turn their sister into a Wendigo also. After asking Prue for a job at the auction house, Phoebe has a vision after touching a bracelet. Through the vision Phoebe helps to reunite a mother with her daughter that was kidnapped ten years earlier by her father.

From Fear To Eternity 1.13
Prue and Phoebe become the target of a demon who appears once every 1,300 years on Friday the 13th and feeds on the fears of witches. If the demon can kill thirteen unmarried witches within the day he returns, the demon will be freed from the underworld to terrorize humankind. Piper is reluctant to start a new relationship because of her belief in superstitions. Phoebe has to decide whether she will cover for her new bosses' infidelity or not.

Secrets And Guys 1.14
After Max, a young witch, is kidnapped he contacts Prue through the spirit board for help. Phoebe learns that Leo is a white lighter, sort of a guardian angel for witches, and has returned to make sure Max's call for help reached Prue. Phoebe counsels Leo on the best way for him to break up with Piper since whitelighters and witches aren't allow to fall in love with each other.

Is There A Woogy In The House 1.15
After an earthquake, the sisters call a repair man who accidentally releases a shadowy demon in the basement of the Halliwell house. As the demon seeks to gain of control of the house, Phoebe comes under the control of the demon, who wants her to kill her sisters. After Piper is unable to complete her preparations for a dinner party Prue is having for clients of the auction house, they learn that Phoebe's childhood fear of the Woogyman is real and try to regain control of the house.

Which Prue Is It Anyway 1.16
Prue becomes the target of Gabriel, one of the Lords of War, who must steal the magic of a first born witch in order to regain his powers. When the sisters learn Gabriel is immune to normal weapons and they don't currently have the strength to defeat him as their ancestor did, Phoebe suggests Prue cast a spell to multiply her strength. The spell however creates two clones of Prue to help battle Gabriel.

That 70's Episode 1.17
The Halliwells encounter a warlock that has been waiting for years to get their powers. The warlock is immune to the powers of the Charmed Ones after making a deal with their mother to spare her life in the past. In order to save themselves, the girls cast a spell which returns them to mid-70s when the deal was made, their grandmother and mother are still alive, Prue and Piper are playful little witches and Phoebe is still unborn and in the womb.

When Bad Warlocks Go Good 1.18
Brendan seeks to become a priest so as to avoid fulfilling his destiny as a warlock to complete the triangle of the Evil Charmed Ones with his half-brothers. Prue tries to help Brendan resist the urge to succumb to his evil side and stay on the right path, after witnessing a confrontation between him and his brothers. Meanwhile, Phoebe tries to get Piper to stop shying away from a date with Josh.

Blind Sided 1.19
When a young boy is kidnapped in a park, Prue's powers are seen by a reporter. As Phoebe and Piper learn that Grimlocks kidnapped the child to steal their eyesight, Prue is confronted by the reporter who tells her he is going to expose her secret with or without her help. Phoebe seeks out an old victim of the Grimlocks, a blind man, to try to figure out where the children are being held. Meanwhile, Piper learns her boyfriend is willing to pass up a job in Beverly Hills to stay in town with her. Andy finally learns about Prue's powers.

The Power Of Two 1.20
While taking a tour of Alcatraz, Phoebe watches the ghost of killer take possession of a guard's body so he can cross the waters surrounding the prison. Once free from infamous prison the ghost targets those that played a part in his conviction to seek revenge. The sisters discover the only way to banish the ghost is for one of them to die and recite a spell while on the astral plane. Piper worries about leaving Prue and Phoebe alone as she leaves on a business trip.

Déjà vu All Over Again 1.22
As a warlock makes plans for his attempt to kill the Charmed Ones, he receives a visit from Tempus, a demon who will turn back time until the warlock succeeds in killing all the Halliwells. Upon turning back time after the first failed attempt, Tempus informs the warlock only he will remember the previous events. Fortunately for the Halliwells, Phoebe's has a number of strong cases of déjà vu. But unfortunately for Andy, Phoebe sees Andy death at the hand of a warlock.
