INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
Freedom Investors Corp.anticipates at least 75% of teh Fund's assists will be invested in equity securities of U.S.companies. The fund will invest primaily in securities of companies havgin a market capitalization of less than$1 billion (small-cap). Equity securities include exchange-traded and over-the-counter(OTC) common and preferred stocks, warrents, rights, convertable debt securities, trust certificates, partnershi interests and equity participation. The Fund invests primaily in common stocks ofU.S. companiesthats teh Adviser sees potential for earnings significant an/or revenue growth over a three- year period. The Adviser bases its investment decisions uniquely to specific companies and not on general economic market conditions. The Fund investes in a wide varying sizes of/and in any industry. The Adviser looks at teh following characteristics, among others in selecting companies: *Above-average growth prospects *Execellent management *Leading position or product in a rapidly-growing industry *Adequate capitaliztion
