Angels Unaware is a non-profit agency
that provides support and encouragement for children living with or affected by
HIV/AIDS through connecting families with each other
Families who have either an adult or child with HIV/AIDS struggle daily
with pain, taking vitamins and medication, paying medical bills, and getting
to the doctor. Little time is allowed for strengthening family
relationships. Children and their families infected/affected by HIV/AIDS
have unique needs that in the past have been neglected. ANGELS UNAWARE
supports the families and helps strengthen families ties so that they will
be better able to cope with the devastating and dreadful effects of this
disease. To do that ANGELS UNAWARE offers children and families a wide range
of services which include:
- Monthly Support Groups
- Monthly Newsletters
- Incidentals
- Annual Free Family Camp
