1. What type of questions can I ask? What type of information can I request?

All types of questions and or information requests can be submitted as long as it is submitted in English and is legible to understand.

 

 

2. How much does it cost to ask a question and or request information?

There is a $0.50 charge to use the Digital Storm service, the cost to ask a question and or request information is determined by you, the consumer, as long as it is a suitable price for the information requested. If the price is unsuitable, then you, the consumer, will be asked to determine another set price.

 

 

3. How do I submit my requests?

You can submit your requests by the following ways: e-mail to digitalstorm@mail2rainmaker.com, print out this form and mail it to the address specified at the bottom of the form, or submit it using the electronic form on the Digital Storm website.

 

 

4. How can I receive the answer(s) to my question(s) and or information I request?

You can receive your answers and or information via e-mail and or postal mail. To receive information by e-mail is free of charge, to receive information by postal mail is an additional $1.00 charge (per 3 pages printed).

 

 

 

                       TERMS OF SERVICE

Digital Storm reserves the right not to extend it's services to any consumer who spam’s and or tries to inflict any copyright infringement. Digital Storm does not issue out refunds, only a re-issued answer to a question (or request) if the consumer is not satisfied with the results received.

The consumer must submit a "dis-satisfied request form" with your Digital Storm receipt.

Every consumer is given a receipt when a service is requested, whether it is via e-mail or postal mail.

Information is received by the consumer within a 3-day period, unless otherwise specified. If specification is made to receive answers/information before the given 3-day period, an additional $0.50 charge is added.
