Our prices are most competitive and our lease agreements are tailorable from 6 months and above for corporate use and 12 months and above for all others. The single family homes are located 1 mile from the new Rt 33 bypass ramp on Rt 188 and provides easy access to Columbus at 21 min drive and Logan at 15 min drive. These homes are surrounded by woods on 2 sides and farm land on the other. Access to Circleville is 15 min West on Rt 188. The property features 4 separate country homes and a large field where the owners provide bonfires throughout the year. Participation is recommended as there is usually lots of food, conversation, fun for the children and very satisfying privacy for your security and pleasure. The old Underground Railroad came through the business district area and the historic sites are too numerous to count. Friday evenings host a concert just a half block away in the town pavilion during the summer season. The street is blocked and the local residents sit back and relax for a fun filled evening. Fairfield Festival is a multi-week show that takes place in many parts of the town, and features all styles of music, food, crafts, history and many social groups participate. The County Fair is a mere few blocks away from the downtown area and is a true highlight during September. A BONUS view of the Cliffs of Mt. Pleasant at the nearby park are stunning in the mid Autumn and the ponds, tennis courts, basketball and lodges are a local favorite to gather for picnics. Deer and other wildlife are often seen here. There are also living quarters in an apartment and an older Victorian home just East on Wheeling St. toward the Medical Facilities Area. Both are steps from one of the local schools. The 2 car garage is a bonus as it provides off street parking, a storage shed attached to the garage, and has security lighting with a portion of the yard fenced for safe childs play.
