During software/hardware upgrade/installation of any component/program within the machine, if an existing component within the machine malfunctions, Compu-Builder can not be held responsible or liable for additional costs accrued due to malfunctioning hardware/software except as stated hereafter in this agreement/disclaimer. At no time is Compu-Builder held liable under these terms, unless cause of malfunction of hardware/software is caused directly by Compu-Builder's negligence. Each customer will receive a quote on purchase, upgrade and/or repair of existing machine. If cost exceeds $50.00 above initial quote, Compu-Builder will notify customer of additional cost via e-mail , at thereafter the customer must respond with consent to Compu-Builder to continue or perform additional service(s).
