Candy Expressions actually began as a joke between two stay at home moms! Stay at home moms, & sister in-laws from Rochester, NY, Marilyn & Vicky Pelcher were complaining to each other one morning while chatting online how sick they were of always being stuck at home doing the same thing day in and day out. They wanted to earn money while still being able to continue spending quality time with their families at the same time. After some convincing by Marilyn, Vicky agreed to throw caution to the wind, and thus Candy Expressions was born! More information will be added later.
