Dr. Joan Marques has more than 20 successful years in advertising, radio- and television production, show-hosting; and dynamic entrepreneurship, executed in two continents: South America (Suriname), and the USA (Burbank, CA). She has founded and managed a business and a non-profit organization prior to her migration to the U.S. Dr. Marques holds a B.Sc. In Business Economics from MOC (Suriname), an MBA from Woodbury University; and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. She has done significant research on the topic of “spirituality in the workplace,” and has authored a wide variety of articles as well as two books, pertaining to workplace contentment and emotional intelligence, for audiences in different continents of the globe


Dr Richard King is a recognized authority on United States - Pacific Rim business relations, and founded his company, King International Group, to carry out his personal commitment to strengthening these relations. He has held top management positions at major organizations and currently serves on the boards of various Pacific rim oriented organizations. He is a longtime member of the Noetic Institute and the World Business Academy. Dr. King is a frequent writer and speaker on Pacific Rim business issues, and is the initiator of the Business Renaissance consulting project, which focuses on ‘adding humanity to the bottom line.’  He holds a B. Sc. From Syracuse University, an M.A. from Occidental College and an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from Woodbury University.
Dr. Satinder Dhiman has guided business leaders for the last 28 years, and served for 10 years as a Senior Lecturer in Commerce at DAV College in North India. He has co-authored various textbooks in the area of accounting and management. He currently serves as Professor of Management and as Associate Dean of Business at Woodbury University. Dr. Dhiman won ACBSP's prestigious International Teaching Excellence Award in 2004 and the Steve Allen "Excellence in Education" Award in 2006. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce (with Gold Medal) from Panjab University, India; a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at Stanford and Harvard. His current research interests include transformational leadership and spirituality in the workplace.

Dr. Ian I. Mitroff, The Harold Quinton Distinguished Professor of Business Policy and Founder of the USC Center for Crisis Management which he directed for 10 years at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is also a Professor of Journalism and the Director of the Anenberg Center for Strategic Public Relations, at the Anenberg School of Communications at USC.
Dr. Mitroff has published over 250 papers and articles and 22 books.

Dr. Lee Bolman, Author, scholar, consultant and lecturer who currently holds the Marion Bloch Missouri Chair in Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has written numerous books on leadership and organizations with co-author Terry Deal.
Bolman and Deal's books have been translated into ten languages.
Dr. Bolman consults and lectures worldwide to corporations, public agencies, universities and schools.

Dr. GertJan Hofstede, Senior researcher and Associate Professor in information technology management at Wageningen University, Mansholt Graduate School for Social Sciences, in The Netherlands, Europe. Dr. Hofstede has written various books on culture and organizations, most with his father Geert 'Culture's Consequences' Hofstede, and one with Dr. Paul Pederson, both established authorities in the area of cross-cultural counseling dimensions. Hofstede, Pederson, and Hofstede have been called the leaders in the field of Cultural consequences in Organizations. Gert Jan lectures, consults, and organizes games about what makes human tick, including emotions, personalities, and culture.

Dr. Judi Neal received her Ph.D. from Yale University in Organizational Behavior and was a manager of Organizational Development at Honeywell for a number of years. She is the Executive Director, Association for Spirit at Work ( founder of the International Spirit at Work Awards. Judi has published numerous journal articles, is a founding editor of the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion, and is currently working on three books.

Dr. Turan Senguderis the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Journal of American Academy of Business, Cambridge. In this position, Dr. Senguder has successfully organized various business conferences in the U.S. and Europe. He has written several articles on business topics for various sources.

Dr. Marjolein Lips-Wiersma, Lecturer at the University of Canterbury and coordinator of the first New Zealand university course on spirituality in the workplace. Dr. Lips-Wiersma is also program chair of the Management, Spirituality and Religion division of the American Academy of Management. She specializes in positive and sustainable change techniques, and has published a broad variety of research papers, refereed book chapters, refereed public conference papers, and book reviews.
