         AGP SALES & BUILDING SERVICES, INC.  started is operation as a single proprietorship in 1990 and was incorporated in 1993.    "AGP"  stands for the name of its president, Antonio G. Perez.  The business started as a supplier of janitorial supplies in the whole province of Batangas. It became the exclusive distributor in Batangas of Klenco Industries (Phils.),  one of Asia's  best manufacturers of cleaning chemicals.  It also became an affiliate of  Consolidated Building Maintenance (CBM),  one  of the biggest janitorial services in the Philippines.   With all the experiences, training  and  techniques it acquired from  Klenco  and  CBM,   the  company  has  now  embarked  on a successful development program that today it is capable of providing a wide range of professional building maintenance  and sanitation services as well as messengerial services.   

                                                                      

         In a competitive industry when we often see the rise and fall of many competitors,  AGP Sales & Building Services, Inc. (AGP-SBSI) has successfully maintained  a  steady  growth in business on account of its neven ending efforts of rendering high quality services to its clients along with its many contributions to the industry and even to the society.

 

         Equipment available and used in all projects are of various types and capacities to cope with  the kind and line of services being offered.   The  latest  equipment and technology introduced in the market are thoroughly studied to test  their  capacities  and  adaptability to particular situation including their functions.

        To further improve the quality of services rendered to valued clients and would-be clients,  the company has put up a training center for its janitors and supervisors that adopts all new trends and technologies in housekeeping and building maintenance that are out in the market.  With this center, all personnel become well-trained and able to cope up with increasing demands of clients.

      

        Today, the company does not only provide janitorial services  but also allied manpower services among others, clerical, medical and technical and professional staff.  Additional office staff are hired  to  meet  the  growing  needs  and  demands  of  its  clients.   They  are  professional  and  well-experienced in recruitment and training  of personnel  of  different  professions.  Thus, all personnel the company provides to  its  clients have good knowledge, experiences and training to the kind of work assigned to them.   In  addition,  to  enhance the  quality of its manpower being supplied to different companies, all the staff of  the  company are given continuous training and seminars in order to be updated  with the  latest trends  and  developments  in  human  resource management.   AGP-SBSI  had  employed  more  than  a thousand manpower of various skills and expertise.
