1. This contest is intended for viewing and/or participation by residents of the United States.

2. Sponsors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Contest.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. To WIN, entrant must print out the form thatis located HERE. Then he/she must fill it out and send it to us by August 15th, 2000!! No Photo copied questionaires will be excepted.

3. The contest runs from July 19, 2000 until 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on August 15, 2000.

4. Contest will run from July 19th through August 15, 2000.

5. Strong Tower Gifts are not responsible for failed, incomplete illegible, or misdirected e-mail; garbled computer transmissions or technical failures of any kind; network or system failures; typographical errors; or any other conditions or events beyond its control.

6. Participation in the Contest by submission of an entry constitutes the entrant's acknowledgment of these Official Contest Rules, and consent to be bound by these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall be binding on all entrants and any of their successors and assigns, or other persons claiming by or through any entrant.

PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION:

1. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. The winner's name may also be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Strong Tower Gifts, PO Box 151, New London, Wisconsin, 54961, c/o "Winner's List - USA Bear".™

3. Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes and also the shipping cost of the prize.

4. Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.

5. Shipping of the prize is expected to occur within 14 days of the closing of the Contest and notification of the winner, but we do not so guarantee. No prize may, under any circumstances, be substituted, returned, exchanged or cashed in for its cash equivalent value, fair market value, estimated value, or any other amount or consideration.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASES:

1. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the inclusion, publication or use of his or her name, picture, voice and likeness on the Strong Tower Gifts Website and any other publications or media, including without limitation, the Sponsors' websites, for commercial or promotional purposes. No promotional fees will be paid.
