The space frame chassis is built on a sturdy fixture,( The frame at the back of the shop is in the fixture ) which is bolted to the floor for stability. The jig is attached to the fixture with multiple adjustable mounts, so a very high level of accuracy can be maintained.Most of the M.I.G.welding is done with the frame in the jig, to minimise distortion.The suspension parts are matched and test fitted at our shop before the frame is delivered
A 'dummy' scuttle and dash is used to align the scuttle frame, so that a really professional installation of the pre trimmed body parts can easily be achieved.
All suspension parts are TIG welded 4130 N Aircraft tubing.
All Fibreglass parts are hand layup,with carefully controlled resin/glass ratios, for maximum strength and durabilty, with minimum weight.

The donor S10/15 provides us with:-
Front suspension spindles
Disc brakes with 10 1/2" vented rotors
G.M. 2.8l 60 deg V6 Engine
Borg Warner T5 Five speed transmission and clutch
7.5" 10bolt rear axle..Several "posi" lockups available
Driveshaft, LWB ( 2piece) or SWB is fine...the shaft has to be shortened..Exact instructions and dimensions, or a shortened shaft (option ) are supplied with the kit.
If you shop carefully, stylish aluminum 15 x 7 wheels
Collapsing steering column, if desired
