Lindsay's bay Is frozen Dec-1.

Marina Bay Is Frozen Up To The Government Dock

July-1

The Lake Is 4 Feet Higher Than Normal. We Have Had A Lot Of Customers

Who Have Hit Logs, Boards, & Rocks. Because Of The High Water, & High

Winds, There Is A Lot Of Debris Floating Out There.

Customers Who Have Been On The Water For Years Are Hitting Rocks.

The High Water Throws You Off.

It Is Going To Be Week's Before The Level Goes Down.

Many People Have Lost There Dock's In The Past 2-Weeks

Due To The Wind.

May-2-2001 The Ice Is Gone This Year

We Had A Big Wind Storm Last Night May-1, I Think Whatever Ice Was Left

Got Broken Up & Is Gone. As Soon As I Know How Far You Can Get, I Will Post.

We Are Starting To Get Boats From Storage Into Their Docking Slips, But It Rained

Yesterday Afternoon & That Put Us Behind.

I Will Post The Boats In On The Customer Pictures Page.

Bay's That Are Open

Keep Checking Here For Ice Reports For 2001.

Lindsay's Bay Open          April-26

Sat & Sun We Had Lot's Of Wind, Sunday Night It

Rained Hard, & Monday Morning We were Able To Move

The Floating Dock's In.

What A Difference A Day Makes

After 2 Day's Of High Wind & 1 Night Of Rain Our Bay Opened Up Overnight,

We Moved The Docks Into Place On Monday-30 This Year.

  Sunday-29          Monday-30

Regina Bay                     May-1

Long Bay                       May-1

Log Bay                         May-1

Lobstick Bay                   May-1

White Fish Bay             OK To Fire Island,

                                               Not Sure Yet After That.

April-24

The Ice has just started going from the shore at home on Long Bay,

The Marina Bay is still froze tight.

The first bay to open is always Lindsay's Bay, & it is almost open. I will post

The opening of the Bay's & Lake areas here, as usual.

April-23

See How Fast It Can Go Depending On The Weather.

No More Ice Road

We stopped driving across Long Bay on April-1 this year. There is still about 25" in the middle of the

bay, but it's getting too soft for me. The ice has dropped about 1.5-2' so far, I hope there

is no dock damage this year.

Most of the snow is gone off the lake, there is still allot in the bush & in the spots

that don't get much sun.

Warm Weather

March-6

The Snow Is Melting Faster These Days, It's Been Around 40 F During The day's, & Only Getting to Just Below

freezing At Night.Always Take Notice Of Changing Ice Color. So far Long Bay Is Fine For travel.

I Can see By The Dock's, The Ice Has Dropped Around 1 Foot So Far.

Snow

It Snowed About 4" On Feb-22-01, We Spent 3 Hours Plowing The Totem Ice Roads,

& Now You can Land Your Jet On Our Long Bay Ice Road Again.
