Welcome to "Portrait of an American Vampyre". This web site was once dedicated to the subculture of the vampyre. Yet there is more to me than that. We all evolve, and it is this evolution that makes us into the creatures we shall be when the sun shines upon our face for that final dawn. As I have evolved into being ever closer to who I want to be, I shall reflect this evolution in my works. I realized that my life need not be measured by the materialistic items which I own, nor is it to be measured by the opinions of those who I refer to as friend, or by the thoughts of my parents, who could never be pleased with one who has surpassed them. I now measure my life on the following, can I look myself in the mirror every morning and feel good about who I am? Will the looking glass judge me as being a failure, as one who can not learn from past mistakes? Only he who has the courage to look upon thy true self shall obtain the answer sought.
