1. So Jamey when is the new cd due to be in stores?

Well it got pushed back alot so we set a new date hoping it'll be finall for December 18th.

2. Will you have anybody appearing on the cd with you?

Yea we have Mick from Slipknot doing kind of a duel with guitar solos against Kerry king of Slayer, uuuummmm we are alos having Scott Kelly from Neurosis do a verse ona song called "Your not in this alone." Also we are having Freddy Madball sing a verse on Remain Namless.

3. What are some names of other songs that are on the new album?

There is a song on there called "I will be heard" which is also on the Tattoo the Earth cd, "Condemned from rebirth", and we had a name for the first song on the album but we all forgot.

4. Thats great that you guys made OZZFEST. Were you suprised?

Well kinda but we were really excited to play with some of the bands like Black Sabbeth and Slipknot etc...

5. At OZZFEST you guys got alot of people to hear what you guys have do you think thats gonna make cd sells go up?

O yea i think the kids are gonna like are new shit that we have and especially with all the coverage we got with preforming at OZZFEST will really help us out alot because now people know who we are and we are starting to come out of the dark more.

6. what about after OZZFEST is over what do you guys plan yo do then?

Well we were thinkin about takin a break for awhile until Halloween or even Christmas. We might start touring right before the new cd comes out.

7. Now I heard that Boulder flipped a golf cart on somebody? Whats that about?

(Laughs) Yea boulder was meesin around with a guy from one of the other bands and the guy had just gotten a new tattoo and he was sittin in a golf cart and boulder ran up and turned the golf cart over on the guy and almost ripped the guys arm off but it totally fucked up his new tattoo.

8. So whats the situation with the Rigg Ross and not bein the drummer anymore? Are you gonna get a new drummer?

Well to make it short we just were sick of his shit and all the stuff he was pullin so we said bye basiclly. But i think our old drummer Matt Byrne is gonna do the new album and the rest of OZZFEST but I dont think we'll ever have a permanent drummer again.

9. When is the DVD of Hatebreed coming out?

It'll be out early next year we just got alot more footage in so its gonna take some time to get it all together.

10. But thats about all i have for now I'm sure I'll be interviewing you again but i just wanna know do you think your gonna be around to do another album after this new one?

Yea were gonna stay here awhile aint nothin gonna move us and we PROMISE December 18th the new cd will be out.
