Criteria

Content and originality will be a must. It is also the main subjects to draw people to your website, to keep them there and to return. The site must have a sense of balance. The amount of space used between text and images. The ability of a page to flow from one to another, not to feel like your in a crowded room and are about to suffocate. If you use someone else's images or other files (midi, avi, etc...), you must give them the proper credit. Pop-ups will not be tolerated. The only exception is - if the server requires it and if it opens new browser windows for external links. Any site containing UNDER CONSTRUCTION will not be evaluated. All quality Web Sites are undergoing continual construction and these notices leave the implication that the web site designer does not adhere to any continual on-going maintenance program. Sites with broken links or their own graphics that don't load and music or sound that will not play or can not be turned off will be deducted points. Sites with files that require a Plug-In are fine so long as the Plug-In can be accessed through the site directly or indirectly. Points will be deducted if not. Sites with just links to other sites and that have nothing more will not be evaluated. Foreign Language sites MUST have English translation. Text used must be easily read. No sites using iRRegUller TeXt wILL bE eVaLuAtEd. The text must be nice to look at as well as to read. Pages with large gaps of nothing or big blank spaces will be deducted points for each page. Non loading graphics for advertisements or promotion links to other sites will incur a points deduction.. Spelling mistakes will incur a points deduction. It is a condition of ALL Awards granted by Believe 2 Achieve™ be placed on the site that was evaluated, all images can not be altered from the original dimensions. Navigation must be easily followed and the site must have a theme. Large graphic displays and Art galleries should have a Thumbnail option and the graphics should be optimized. Criteria

Websites that are dedicated to the helping of others. Volunteer work is a good example. Criteria for these awards are as follows: No Pornography, No Racism, No Hatred, including your links, and I will check them. Tasteful nudity will be an exception where it is an intergal part of your theme. Example: Part of an Art Exhibition. Excessive foul language is never needed, and I personally don't like it. Content is a big must! I want to see more than a couple of pages, and sites that stay mostly within one theme. Sorry no links only sites. Original graphics are a big plus, however borrowed graphics are fine if you give the artist credit where it is due. Spelling mistakes and broken links must be minimal. Reasonably fast loading, and easy navigation a must. I will only consider sites that have under construction signs for award #5. Criteria

For this award I will be looking at websites which have overall creative designs, graphics and relevant layout. Graphics has to be original (made by the owner of the site).
