Some of you who are visiting for the first time are probably sitting there with an odd expression on your face which silently says,"What the...?".
This site is devoted to roleplaying games and also to my self-instruction of website designing. The game is AD&D 2nd Edition with Players Options. I am attempting to provide enough information here to create a stand-alone campaign setting that anyone is welcome to borrow for their own games as long as they don't attempt to take full credit for the creation of the information, etc. If you have no idea what I just said I may not be able to help you. I wish I could. If you do understand and are familiar with roleplaying games I hope that you appreciate the effort I've put into this site.
Over the past two years I have been building on my knowledge of website creation and I've used the campaign I run as practice in developing these skills. I find that if I have something to convey I am more inclined to look for solutions in presenting it the best way.
I've been involved in roleplaying games in one form or another since April of 1979. I still find new ways to bend rules, torture players, and twist scenarios every time I sit down in front of the screen. If you are interested in learning how to become involved in roleplaying games I suggest you look at my Links section for some sites which are online communitys. Those sorts of places swarm with helpful souls just looking for someone to teach.
If you find something useful here and you do not attempt to use it to make a profit or take credit for it's creation yourself, you are welcome to borrow it for your own personal game. That's really why this site was created. If you would like to contribute something to this site and can vouch for the material's source you'll need to get hold of me somehow. Since my email has been spammed to death by some friendly folks that isn't going to be as easy as it used to be, but it is easier than you would think if you put your mind to it.
Thank you for your interest in my efforts and those of the people who've submitted their ideas, offered up their time and creativity, and helped me to carve out our little place in the multiverse. I hope you enjoy your stay.
