Aunt Phyl's Corn Pudding



1 can cream corn
3 egg yolks
2 T. corn starch
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 t. salt
butter the size of an egg, melted
3 egg whites, beaten

Add corn starch to corn. Add yolks, melted butter, sugar, salt and milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. (You can use 2 eggs if needed.) Bake ahead so it can set.
