Breakfast Casserole


2 C. seasoned croutons
6 eggs
1 C. grated sharp cheese
2 C. milk
1 lb. Bulk sausage, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
4-6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Grease 9” x 13” pan. Layer croutons, sausage and cheese in pan. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over layered mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon.
