Winged Halo Productions is a small publishing company based out of Macon, Georgia. WHP's publishes Flash Me Magazine, an online magazine exclusively for flash fiction stories, which has been online since July 2003. While the publication is free, a fee-based PDF subscription is available with additional content such as the Lightning Flash Fiction Contest. The magazine is a paying market for all genres of fiction.
