Stores:

Any and all stores existing in BLAZE Forum will be under the jurisdiction of the Lord of Humanities. The Lord of Humanities is responsible for registration of stores, enhancers, and the collection of taxes in the form of 5% of generated revenue from all sales from stores.

BLAZE permits any legitimate business endeavor to have a Store. They can sell weapons, armor, magic, services, etc. Stores have a base set up fee of 4,000 credits. Individuals, groups or guilds can combine Credits to open a store.
Store Owners and Workers are to be paid with the Credits that their customers spend, but earn 200 exp's per + on items that they create. The cost of creating an item is 300 credits per +, then the creator of each item can sell it at whatever price they want with a minimum price of 1000 credits per +.

Enhanced armor and weapons can only be created at a rate of 1+ per 20 dice of the registered creater (example: a 2d80 registered weapons smith could create either 4 +1 weapons a week, 1 +3 weapon a week, or 2 +2 weapons a week). Store owners are required to send a weeky list of enhanced items that were created, who created it, what it does and who it was sold to. If during ANY time that the magic weapon or armor is in use and the owner rolls a "1" the item/spell is destroyed. It may be repaired at the the cost of at LEAST half of the original price of the item, and it MUST be RENAMED and REREGISTERED. Enhanced items may be "hardened" to improve their durability, it shall then take a roll with TWO "1"s within it to destroy the item.

Enhanced Weapons and Armor:

Enhanced items must be listed in your profile. This includes all holy or magical items.
You may use any TWO enhanced weapons, armor or combination thereof in any one battle. Once a combat situation starts, the item stated at the beginning of the spar is what that person Must use for the rest of the combat unless the item breaks. A " hit" must be made in order for a enhanced item/spell to work.

NO enhanced item of any kind can exceed +3, and no item that renders the opponent automatically defenseless, dead or allows the user to become invulnerable is allowed.

Each item can only have 1 effect, defense, offense, healing, holy, etc., but not more than 1 effect. A +1 to hit adds to the "Sides" of a dice roll. A +1 to damage adds to the damage points rolled. A +1 to defense takes away damage points.
Below is a standard list of accepted enhancers within BLAZE:
Any weapon up to + 3 damage.
Any weapon up to + 3 to hit.
Any armor up to + 3 defense.
Any item up to + 2 stealth.
Any item up to + 2 perception.
Death Delay Charms up to + 3.(adds up to 3 points to HTK for AAs only)
Holy items up to + 3.(adds to all priestly duty rolls)
Magic items or spells up to + 3.(may be used for healing or damage)
No item that affects the standard 20/30/40 hit chart may be used. No item that allows you to roll more than your BLAZE earned set of dice. No item that allows you to change the value of your earned dice sides is allowed.

Guilds can buy a weapon to give to their champion or to offer as a prize in a tournament but they must send a notice to the Lord of Humanities saying who has the item. Anytime a + item changes hands it MUST be re-registered in order to be considered legal.


Credits

BLAZE has very basic monetary standard, Credits.
Credits must be listed in your profile but can have any denotation that you wish. Each person may list their credits as suits the era and personality of their character, i.e. American dollars, Yen, Gold Pieces, credit cards, etc. but it must ALSO be listed as Credits (cr). BLAZE will accept transferred gold, silver, or such from other forums into the credit system but that MUST remain listed separately from any credits that you earn within BLAZE.


Non-Combatants

BLAZE sets forth a chart that tries to make exp's available for everyone. Following is a list of ways for non-combatants(NC's) to earn exp's for their skills. The logs of must be kept, just as any combatant member would do, and sent to the dicemaster of that member's Guild or to Lord of Freelance if member is Freelancer. Poems and songs must be performed entirely, jesters must perform an entire show, fortune tellers who read tarot cards, rune stones, etc., must truly be able to perform this act and must do an entire reading for exp's to be awarded.

*The above exp is in addition to any gold they may charge for these items.
**If you are unaware what a brothel is, you are too young to be employed by one, and probably too young to be going to one.
***This amount is to be granted above and beyond what is already stated in charter and/or given by your Guild, and recruitment MUST be made in a BLAZE room.
****Guild Trainer is a person so designated to train others within a guild. Proof of their training the other person must be sent into the Guild Commander of their guild.
*****All blacksmiths are limited to making 10 items per week and can include no more then 5 swords.
Anything not covered here that the NC's think should be allowable for exp's should be submitted to the Supreme Chancellor and the Lord of Humanities.
